We reserve the right to enforce this Cancellation, No-Show Policy. 24-hour notice is required to CANCEL and RESCHEDULE for an individual service. A Cancellation, Reschedule, or No-show prohibits other clients from receiving services due to times allotted exclusively for scheduled appointments. As a courtesy, we require a 24-hour notice. If the policy is not utilized, you will be charged 50% for the appointment service fee.
